UPDATE: Ranked Teams; Things Will Never Be The Same

Saga Consigliere Posts: 334 Group: Global Moderator Member #703 Joined: Sep 20 2011	Ok everyone, This is it, I've heard too many people complaining about teams not practicing and nothing getting off the ground when we supposedly have '5' teams going. I left those teams in the care of the team leaders whose responsibility it was to manage them, replace members, set up practice times etc. etc. Clearly some of them have been slacking. As of right now I am disbanding every ranked team and we are going to start over. EDIT: team 3 has been playing together, so if you are on team 3 and happy there, stay. 5 teams that never get off of their feet will now be 2-4 teams that actually practice and eventually do ranked games. Now don't flip out on me just yet. Without posting a wall of text I will just say this: You can keep members together from a previous team, we are just shifting things around. For example, let's say team 2 had 3 active members and usually pulled 2 other people in when they could. those 3 members can still play together. I haven't heard from many of the team leaders so I really don't know which teams are doing what at this point. Furthermore we are scrapping the "team 1" kind of names and you will be choosing a real name to clearly identify each team. Please post on this thread what position you prefer (ad,ap,support,jungle,tankytop) and if you would like to play with any specific member(s) on a team (they must also do the same). If you think you have the balls and determination to be a good team leader who isn't all happy day with everyone and too afraid you will upset someone when calling them out, please note that on your post. Seriously guys, we need team leaders who will take charge and direct the team with a strong guided hand, not a tyrant, but someone who can point out mistakes and still be a friend. Lastly: please tell everyone you know in the League of Legends section about this post. Too many people never check the forums, so help them out. EDIT: Ok reading this over again I may have come across to harshly at the team leaders. I know its hard to get people motivated and all playing at the same time. I don't hold a grudge against any of you and if feel you can do a better job the 2nd time around with a fresh roster feel free. Edited by Frehas, Jan 13 2012, 03:00 PM.

Team 2 still practices, i haven't been fully active this month cause i have a bunch of life stuff to do (im moving) but we only had 1 missing member, and are pretty good as a team it would just be a shame to get rid of Teams 2/3 if we're actually still a active team. T2 Forever!!!!

So I am having to watch my kids at night or if we have a babysitter, I am at the hospital with my wife. Once I get free time again and can get back to playing, I would like to participate in both LOL and Star Wars. Sean
